DBT is an amazing treatment modality created by Marsha Linehan in the 1980's as the 'gold standard' treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder. We know now that DBT is actually extremely beneficial for people struggling in general with managing emotions whether through common mental health disorders, life transition/change and trauma.


DBT is divided into our modules or sections -
1. Mindfulness
2. Interpersonal Effectiveness
3. Emotional Regulation
4. Distress Tolerance
